Charlie Puth at Taipei Arena on Tuesday: entry order, bag rules and ibon pickup ↗
Charlie Puth plays Taipei Arena on Tuesday 20 October at 20:00. The two standing VIP packages go in first, then standing (GA) by ticket number. Collect your ibon ticket at 7-Eleven beforehand, as the venue desk cannot print it, and bring a small bag: the venue has only a few lockers.
Buying a ticket
KKTIX: what to prepare before you buy ↗
On KKTIX the event page decides almost everything: whether you need an account, how you pay and how you get the ticket. Create the account and verify your phone early, then read the event page for the rest.
tixCraft: set up your account before sale day ↗
You cannot buy on tixCraft until you have an account with a verified mobile number. Set it up days before the sale: the sign-in method and the ID number on the account cannot be changed afterwards.
Collecting it and planning the trip
Getting home after the encore ↗
Plan the ride home before you go in. The cited Taipei Metro lines list general service hours until midnight, and Kaohsiung Metro’s FAQ lists longer intervals after 11pm; check your station’s last train and treat any published finish time as an estimate. Know your last train and have a second way home.
Sale, collection, doors and show: four different clocks ↗
Taiwan venue times use Taiwan time (UTC+8), but registration or presale notices may specify another time zone; check the label beside each deadline. A show has up to four separate times: when the sale opens, when ticket collection opens, when doors open and when the show starts. Convert each one with its full date.
Collecting your ticket: kiosk, venue or phone ↗
Your event page decides how you get the ticket. If your order specifies ibon or FamiPort collection, print the collection slip at the correct kiosk and take it to that store’s counter. Do it a day or two before the show.
Where to stay: compare along the venue’s Metro line ↗
Compare hotels along the venue’s Metro line as well as nearby hotels, using the journey time, last train and walking route to decide.
