Linkou Arena 林口體育館
A university arena between Taipei and the airport. Only Airport MRT commuter trains stop at A7, the walk takes 15 to 20 minutes and there is almost nothing nearby.

Getting there
- Take an Airport MRT commuter train to A7, National Taiwan Sport University. Express trains do not stop at A7; if you are on one, change at A8 for a commuter train one stop back.
- Leave A7 by Exit 1 and allow 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the arena.
- The official name is National Taiwan Sport University Arena (國立體育大學綜合體育館), in Guishan, Taoyuan. Promoters call it Linkou Arena (林口體育館); some listings say Taipei, but it is the same building.
To and from the airport
Taoyuan Airport is on the same line: take an Airport MRT commuter train from Terminal 1 (A12) or Terminal 2 (A13) to A7, with no change. Express trains skip A7; change at A8. Songshan Airport: Taipei Metro to Taipei Main Station, then the Airport MRT.

Trade-off: Nothing else around at night. Late trains from A7 may end at Terminal 2; check the last one through to A14a.

AFTER THE SHOW
- Most of the crowd walks back to A7 at the same time. Allow for a queue at the station before your last train.
- Last commuter trains from A7: 00:01 towards Taipei Main Station, 00:02 towards the airport terminals, 23:32 towards Zhongli. Check your date on the Taoyuan Metro timetable.
- Do not count on finding a taxi at the arena after a big show. If you need a car home, book it before the show.

7-Eleven and FamilyMart are open 24 hours and sell hot food. There is almost nothing around the arena itself.
At the venue
- There are almost no shops around the arena and the entry queue is outdoors, with no shelter. Eat before you come and bring sun or rain protection that your show allows.
- The arena holds up to about 15,000: 11,000 fixed seats and 4,000 movable ones on the floor. Concert capacity depends on the stage.
- We found no confirmed lockers at A7 or the arena. Leave large luggage at your hotel.
