Collecting your ticket: kiosk, venue or phone
Your event page decides how you get the ticket. If your order specifies ibon or FamiPort collection, print the collection slip at the correct kiosk and take it to that store’s counter. Do it a day or two before the show.
First, find your method
Open your order and the event’s collection rules. They tell you the method, the day collection opens and the fee. The cited BTS Kaohsiung and Stray Kids Taipei pages say collection opens five days before the show; check your own event’s collection-opening date.
tixCraft order at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk
1. In My Tickets, find the Collection S/N (10 letters and numbers) and the Collection No. (8 digits). 2. At the kiosk press 購票/取票/訂房, then 售票系統, then 取票, then 拓元售票系統. 3. Enter both codes and print the slip. 4. Take the slip to the cashier within 10 minutes. The cashier prints the tickets. The usual fee is NT$30 per order. Some events waive it. A slip only works in the store that printed it. If it expires, wait 15 minutes before entering the codes again.
tixCraft or KKTIX order at a FamilyMart FamiPort kiosk
tixCraft: press 票券, then 售票系統, then 拓元售票系統, and enter the same two codes. NT$30 per order. KKTIX: press 票券, then 售票系統, then KKTIX, then 取票. Enter the ID or passport number on your KKTIX account and the 8-digit collection number. NT$30 per order, paid at the counter within 10 minutes.
Shows sold by ibon itself
For tickets sold directly by ibon, follow the collection instructions in your order and official event page; do not assume the tixCraft kiosk path applies.
At the venue, or on your phone
For tixCraft venue collection, bring your order number, collection-counter or collection-number details, and the buyer’s original photo ID matching the order; passports are accepted, copies are not, and your event may require additional documents. For tixCraft mobile tickets, open the QR code under My Tickets; tixCraft charges NT$10 per mobile ticket. Other platforms and events may use a different delivery method. Do not post the code or a screenshot of it anywhere.
Deadlines and what can go wrong
For tixCraft kiosk collection the deadline is 23:59 on the show day, and tixCraft advises collecting a day or two earlier. The ticket desk at the venue cannot print kiosk tickets. For tixCraft ibon, FamiPort and venue collection, the cited help pages say that paid tickets left uncollected past the collection deadline count as sold and are not refundable for that reason. Kiosk tickets are heat-sensitive paper. Keep them away from heat and sunlight. Check your event’s lost- or damaged-ticket policy immediately if a ticket goes missing or becomes unreadable.
