Typhoon: the 24 October show is cancelled
KHAM posted a cancellation notice on 23 October (we read it at 21:14 Taiwan time): because of Typhoon Champi (薔琵) and Taipei City’s decision to suspend work and school on Saturday 24 October, the 24 October show at Taipei Arena, originally at 18:00, is cancelled and there is no refund fee. Refund requests must be completed and the papers received by KHAM by Friday 30 October 2026; late requests are not accepted. If you bought online with a credit card, you do not return the ticket or fill in a form: KHAM refunds the original card and expects to process the refunds on Thursday 5 November 2026, and your card issuer may need about 15 to 30 business days after that. If you bought online and paid by ATM virtual account, you do not return the ticket either: send KHAM’s refund form and a copy of the passbook cover of a Taiwanese bank account in the buyer’s name by email before the deadline, with the order number and “10/24 Music Expo Live cancellation refund” in the subject; the money is paid on the 10th of the month after KHAM receives the papers, or the next business day if that is a weekend or holiday. Only the ticket’s face value is refunded: system service fees, postage, convenience-store fees, return postage and ATM transfer fees are not. KHAM’s Japanese notice prints the refund email address with a different domain from its Chinese and English notices; use the address on the Chinese and English notices. The cancellation notice covers only 24 October. KHAM’s earlier notice of 22 October, which is no longer on its news page, said the 25 October show was going ahead as normal for now and that times may be adjusted as the typhoon develops; the Taipei Arena listing, updated on 23 October at 20:34, marks the 24 October show as cancelled and still lists the 25 October show at 18:00 with doors at 16:30. Doors 16:30, show 18:00 on both days
Taipei Arena’s official listing for MUSIC EXPO LIVE 2026 in TAIPEI (data updated 16 October 2026) gives doors at 16:30 and the show at 18:00 Taiwan time on both Saturday 24 October and Sunday 25 October, with an expected finish around 20:30. The organiser named on the listing is 寬宏藝術經紀股份有限公司, and tickets are sold through KHAM, with a separate product page for each day. Prices on the listing are NT$800, 2,880, 3,880, 4,880, 5,280, 5,880 and 6,280. KHAM’s official entry guide on both event pages (the “演出當日預計時程” day-of schedule) gives the same estimated times: KHAM ticket service 16:00–18:30, doors 16:30, show 18:00 and a running time of about 150 minutes. The organiser may adjust these times on the day; follow the on-site announcements.
Who plays which day
According to the venue listing, Day 1 on 24 October features AiNA THE END, FRUITS ZIPPER and Hearts2Hearts, with King & Prince closing the night. Day 2 on 25 October features NCT WISH, Sakurazaka46 and &TEAM, with ATEEZ closing. Sho Sakurai hosts the event. The listing describes it as the first overseas edition of a Japanese music festival that started at Tokyo Dome in 2025. Each day has its own ticket, so check that you bought the date for the acts you want to see.
Real-name entry and venue pickup for overseas buyers
KHAM says both days use personal real-name entry. Each ID number can hold only one ticket per performance, and the name and ID printed on the ticket must match the original ID you show at the door; foreign buyers register their passport name and bring their original passport. KHAM’s steps for overseas buyers who want to collect at the venue: in your KHAM member profile set the postcode to 999其他 and the address to 現場取票, then choose 國內郵寄 (domestic mail, NT$80 per order) as the delivery method; staff then hold the tickets for collection at the venue. Collect at the Taipei Arena ticket desk near North Entrance 6 from two hours before the show, with the order number and the purchaser’s original passport. KHAM also lists venue pickup (現場取票, NT$80 per order) as a delivery option, opening 4–5 days before the show. KHAM also lists Taipei Arena rules: people on the second and third levels should clap rather than jump or stomp, and children 110 cm or shorter cannot enter the third-level sections.
