Time, place and who goes in first
The tixCraft event page lists the show at Taipei Arena (台北小巨蛋) on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at 20:00; the show was moved there from its original venue, and the page says original ticket holders’ payments would be refunded automatically. Entry order on the page is: WHATEVER'S CLEVER! EXPERIENCE first, then WHATEVER'S CLEVER! MERCH EXPERIENCE, then general standing (GA), then all remaining audiences. Standing ticket holders line up by the number printed on the ticket; if you miss the published line-up time, you lose your number priority and join the queue as staff direct. Live Nation Taiwan asks everyone to check its website and social pages before show day for the entry times and final rules.
Collect your ticket at 7-Eleven before you go
Tickets are ibon paper tickets. Collection opened on 15 October, five days before the show, and costs nothing extra at the ibon machine. At a 7-Eleven ibon machine choose 購票/取票/訂房 → 售票系統 → 取票 → 拓元售票系統, enter the 取票序號 and 取票號碼 from your tixCraft order, print the slip and take it to the counter to receive the ticket. The ticket desk at the venue cannot print ibon tickets, so collect yours at a 7-Eleven before the show. The tickets are thermal paper: keep them away from heat, because a darkened ticket may not scan, and lost or damaged tickets are not reissued.
Bags, cameras and what to leave at home
Everyone goes through a security check. Suitcases and bags larger than 37 × 25 × 11.5 cm are not allowed, nor is outside food or drink except water. Apart from a phone, no cameras or recording gear: the page names add-on phone lenses, extender lenses, tripods, hand-held poles, stabilisers and selfie sticks, and any live streaming is banned. The venue has only a few lockers, so travel light and arrive early for the check. During the show nobody may stand on seats, raise boards or phones high enough to block the people behind, or throw glow sticks, bottles or cans.
Children, standing area and upper floors
Everyone needs a ticket, children included, and children under 10 must come with at least one adult. Pregnant women, children shorter than 110 cm and children under 7 should not buy standing tickets; the organiser may refuse them entry. On the second and third floors, do not stand or stomp: clap instead of jumping. Children 110 cm tall or shorter cannot enter the third floor. Seats in Red 1A, Red 2A, Purple 1A and Purple 2A may have a partly blocked view of the stage and screens, and the page says this is not a reason for a refund or a seat change.
If you lose a ticket
Lost standing (GA) tickets cannot be replaced, and you can be refused entry. For a lost seated ticket, report it to tixCraft through its contact form as soon as possible, then go to the tixCraft desk at the venue before 20:00 on show day with a police report, proof of purchase and photo ID to sign a declaration. After the show starts, staff check whether anyone used that seat; if nobody did, you may go in, but the holder of the original ticket always has priority. Personal refunds are accepted only within three days after purchase (not counting the purchase day), with a 5% fee; if you bought less than three days before the show, apply before it starts.
