Vaundy in Taipei: passport check, ibon pickup and banned items for the Taipei Arena shows

Vaundy brings his ASIA ARENA TOUR 2026 "HORO" to Taipei Arena on October 31 and November 1. The Ticket Plus page sets out the entry ID check, the 7-Eleven ibon pickup windows and the items you cannot bring in.

This is news as of 26 Oct 2026. For the current details, check the concert page and the official announcement.

The two Taipei shows

Vaundy plays Taipei Arena on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2026. The official Ticket Plus listing gives the same schedule for both nights: doors open at 17:30 and the show starts at 19:00, Taiwan time (GMT+8). The page names 好玩國際文化, 大國文化, SDR and Vaundy_ART Work Studio as organisers, and tickets were sold through Ticket Plus with real-name lottery registration. The Taipei Arena event page also lists both dates.

Bring the exact passport you registered with

Every ticket is printed with the holder's ID name and number, and staff compare it with an original document at the gate. Foreign fans must show the original passport. Photocopies and screenshots are refused. The page also says you cannot use a newer passport if yours was replaced after you registered; it has to be the same passport that is on the ticket. If you cannot show a matching original, you lose entry with no refund, and real-name tickets cannot be passed to someone else. Under Taipei Arena rules, children 110 cm tall or shorter are not allowed in any third-floor section.

Collect paper tickets at a 7-Eleven ibon before the show

Tickets are collected only at 7-Eleven ibon kiosks. There is no pickup at the venue. Pickup for the October 31 show opened on October 24 at 09:00 and runs until 22:00 on show day. For the November 1 show it opened on October 25 at 09:00 and runs until 22:00 on November 1. The fee is NT$30 per order, covering up to two tickets, and you pay it in cash at the counter. At the kiosk you enter your phone number and your pickup number from My Orders. For an overseas phone number, put the country code in front without the plus sign; the page's example is 81 followed by the number.

What to leave at the hotel

The page bans food, drinks and bottles or cans, alcohol, umbrellas, suitcases and other large luggage, dangerous items, and anything that blocks other people's view, such as uchiwa fans or costume headgear. Taking photos, video or audio with a phone or any other device is not allowed inside. The organiser asks fans to travel light, wear sneakers instead of heels or sandals, skip strong perfume, and expect to stand for a long time. Standing-area fans enter in the order of their ticket numbers, and line-up details will be posted later on the organiser's fan page. The show will be filmed, so audience members may appear on camera.
