THE SHORT ANSWER
Sale, collection, doors and show: four different clocks
Taiwan venue times use Taiwan time (UTC+8), but registration or presale notices may specify another time zone; check the label beside each deadline. A show has up to four separate times: when the sale opens, when ticket collection opens, when doors open and when the show starts. Convert each one with its full date.
The four clocks
Sale: when booking opens. Presales have their own times. Collection: the first day your order allows ticket pickup; check your event’s collection-opening date. Doors: when admission starts. Show: when the performance is due to start.
Sale time is local time at the venue
The BTS Kaohsiung page says it directly: tickets go on sale in the time zone of the venue, not yours. Convert the sale’s full date and stated time zone into your own time zone; daylight-saving changes can alter the difference.
The time on the ticket is not the entry time
The same page warns that the time printed on the ticket is the show time, not the entry time, and that entry times are announced later by the organiser. VIP check-in is earlier again, and late arrivals can lose the VIP part without a refund. Where doors are published, read them as a separate time. The cited Vaundy listing at Taipei Arena gives a separate admission time 90 minutes before the show starts.
Treat finish times as estimates
Some official listings publish an estimated finish time, but the actual finish can change. Do not book a train or flight that depends on a guessed finish.
Put the confirmed times in your calendar
Convert the show start and any published doors time using the full date and stated time zone, then save the confirmed details in your calendar.
