It says: Hello, I am a visitor from overseas and speak little Chinese. I would like to collect my paid tixCraft concert tickets from the ibon machine. Could you please help me use it? My collection serial and number are on my phone. Thank you!
- Clerks are not required to operate the machine for you. Let other customers pay first when the store is busy, and try another store if they cannot help.
- Open your own order page first, with the collection serial and number ready. This site never asks for your real order details.
BEFORE CHANGING THE KIOSK LANGUAGE
Keep ibon in Chinese for ticket collection.
User photos from 29 September 2026 show eight services in the ibon English menu and six in Japanese. Neither photographed menu shows a concert ticket collection entry. This rehearsal preserves each menu’s labels and arrangement.
The purpose of “Enter code” is unverified; it must not be treated as concert collection. The language selector and return sequence were not photographed. Our menu switch is a rehearsal control.
