The practice below is for tixCraft orders. A KKTIX order set to FamiPort collection is collected like this, according to KKTIX’s help centre. You need the passport number (or Taiwan ID number) on your KKTIX account and the 8-digit pickup number (取票號碼) from your order.
- Tap 票券 (Tickets).
- Tap 售票系統 (Ticketing systems).
- Tap KKTIX.
- Tap 取票 (Collect tickets).
- Tick the box to say you have read the collection notes, then tap 同意 (Agree).
- Enter your passport number at 身分證字號或護照號碼.
- Enter the 8-digit 取票號碼.
- Within 10 minutes of printing, take the slip to the counter, pay the NT$30 fee and collect your ticket.
- The fee is NT$30 per order, and an order holds up to 4 tickets.
- Once you choose FamiPort collection, KKTIX treats the ticket as sold: if you miss the collection period, it will not cancel, refund or exchange the ticket. KKTIX’s help says to collect a ticket before returning it, but some event pages give their own refund form for uncollected tickets; follow your event page.
- Not every KKTIX event offers FamiPort collection, and some open collection only a few days before the show. Check your event page.

It says: Hello, I am a visitor from overseas and speak little Chinese. I would like to collect my paid tixCraft concert tickets from the FamiPort machine. Could you please help me use it? My collection serial and number are on my phone. Thank you!
- Clerks are not required to operate the machine for you. Let other customers pay first when the store is busy, and try another store if they cannot help.
- Open your own order page first, with the collection serial and number ready. This site never asks for your real order details.
BEFORE CHANGING THE KIOSK LANGUAGE
Keep FamiPort in Chinese for ticket collection.
FamilyMart’s official demonstration shows Language → language selection → a service menu. Its selection screen lists English, Indonesian, Philippine, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese.
User photos and an on-site report dated 27 September 2026 confirm that this machine has no ticket entry after switching to English. Its English menu shows only Code Payment, Famiport Cloud Print, Print Service and yoxi taxi. Do not use Code Payment as a substitute for concert ticket collection.

Chinese pickup uses original kiosk images from tixCraft’s 2023 guides with interactive hotspots, practice inputs and fictional order details. Buttons retain their positions. Pictured ads and terms are historical, not current offers or policies. Foreign-language menus are photo-based reconstructions; unphotographed language selection and return navigation are rehearsal controls. No real order lookup or payment takes place.
