Every ticket is real-name.

The name printed on each ticket is checked at the gate against the holder and an original photo ID. Visitors who are not Taiwanese must show their passport; photos, copies and screenshots of a document are refused. The name must match the passport exactly, in English.

Conditions:

The first ticket of an order carries the tixCraft member’s name and cannot be changed. Names cannot be corrected after the order; the only remedy is a refund within three days of purchase. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.

Ticket collection Confirmed

Collection is at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk only, with no collection fee.

The collection codes appear in your tixCraft orders five days before your show: from 14 Nov for the 19 Nov show, 16 Nov for 21 Nov, and 17 Nov for 22 Nov. A NT$200 system service fee per ticket is added at purchase.

Conditions:

The venue ticket desk does not hand out tickets; collect at a 7-ELEVEN before the show. ibon tickets are heat-sensitive paper: keep them away from heat. Lost or unreadable tickets are not reissued.

Bags and cameras Confirmed

No suitcases, and no bags larger than 37 × 25 × 11.5 cm.

No outside food or drink except water. No cameras or recording gear other than a phone (this includes add-on lenses, tripods, stabilisers and selfie sticks), and no live streaming. Backpacks are not allowed in standing areas. The venue has no lockers.

Refunds Confirmed

A refund can be requested within three days after the purchase date; from the fourth day it is refused.

A fee of 5% of the ticket price is kept, and service fees are not refunded. Only a whole order can be refunded, not single tickets from it.
