Collection is at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk only, with no collection fee.

The collection codes appear in your tixCraft orders from Monday 7 Dec 2026, five days before the show. A NT$200 system service fee per ticket is added at purchase.

The venue ticket desk does not hand out tickets; collect at a 7-ELEVEN before the show. ibon tickets are heat-sensitive paper: keep them away from heat. Lost or unreadable tickets are not reissued.

No suitcases, and no bags larger than 37 × 25 × 11.5 cm.

No outside food or drink except water. No cameras or recording gear other than a phone (this includes add-on lenses, tripods, stabilisers and selfie sticks), and no live streaming. The venue has only a few lockers.
