Ticket lottery Confirmed

Registration for the real-name lottery on Ticket Plus runs from 29 Oct 2026 13:00 to 31 Oct 13:00 Taiwan time.

Winners get an order to pay under My Orders from 2 Nov 12:00 (everyone is expected to be notified by 15:00) and must pay by 3 Nov 13:00. Applicants who are not drawn are not notified.

Applies to:
All ticket types; verify applicability
Conditions:
Register only if you will pay for whatever seat you are given. Each account can register up to two tickets per show, and each ID number only once per show. The draw is by order, so put two people on one order if you want to go together. You need a Ticket Plus account with a verified mobile number and email before you register. A registration cannot be cancelled in its first 2 hours or after registration closes. A missing email or text does not mean you lost: check My Orders. Unpaid and returned tickets then go into further draws, with results daily from 4 Nov at 12:00 and payment by 10:00 the next day; there may be several or none, and they end 3 days before the general sale. Lottery seats are not guaranteed to be better than seats released later. If you register for two or more shows, win and pay for none, your account is barred for a year from lotteries for some BIG ART events (general sales stay open); not paying for any single win lowers your priority in future lotteries for some BIG ART events.

Presales Confirmed

Two presales come before the lottery.

CTBC Bank: 24 Oct 12:00–16:00 for its Wealth Management Diamond card, and 25 Oct 10:00–16:00 for all CTBC cardholders, American Express excluded. Taiwan Mobile: 26 Oct 12:00 to 28 Oct 12:00 with a serial code from Taiwan Mobile.

Applies to:
CTBC cardholders; Taiwan Mobile serial-code holders
Conditions:
The page is not consistent about CTBC cards: its announcement says CTBC credit or debit cards, its payment notes say only CTBC credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or JCB). You enter the first 8 digits of the card for the Diamond-card window and the first 6 for the all-cardholder window; the card must be an activated physical card with 3D Secure working. Seats are assigned automatically and may not be next to each other when adjacent seats run out. A Taiwan Mobile code works once, for one online order of up to two tickets in one price area among the four most expensive (NT$5,980, 5,680, 4,880 and 4,480); codes and tickets are limited, and a code does not guarantee a ticket. Each ID number can buy one ticket per show, and one Ticket Plus account up to two per show across all stages.

Payment method Confirmed

Lottery winners pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or JCB) or by ATM transfer to a virtual account.

The method chosen the first time you pay cannot be changed, and the whole order is paid at once.

Applies to:
All ticket types; verify applicability
Conditions:
ATM transfer works only with a card from a Taiwanese bank that allows transfers to non-designated accounts. A card payment counts only when My Orders shows the order as paid. If a lottery card payment fails, the lottery page says to pay again within the payment period. The presale page describes a different process for its stages other than the CTBC presale: a failed card payment turns the order into an ATM transfer that must be paid within 15 minutes. Whether that also happens to lottery orders is not stated.

Overseas payment Not announced

The page lists Visa, Mastercard and JCB but does not say whether cards issued outside Taiwan are accepted.

Applies to:
International buyers

ID requirements Confirmed

Every ticket is real-name and prints the ID name and number registered for each attendee: the Taiwan ID card name (in Traditional Chinese) and number for holders of a Taiwan ID card, the English passport name and passport number for foreign nationals.

The attendees need not be the account holder.

Applies to:
All ticket types; verify applicability
Conditions:
Lottery registrations can be corrected under My Orders until registration closes; after that, or once paid, nothing can be changed. Presale purchases cannot be corrected at all. The only remedy is then a refund within the refund period. At the gate, Taiwanese nationals show an original photo ID (ID card, driver’s licence or health insurance card); only those whose names contain rare or special characters may have the name checked on a passport, with their ID number, and if rare or special characters cannot be printed on the ticket or print as question marks, staff check the name at the gate. Foreign nationals show the original passport used for registration; a renewed passport is not accepted. Copies, photos, screenshots and non-government IDs are not accepted, and real-name tickets cannot be transferred.

Ticket collection Confirmed

Tickets are collected at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk.

The fee is NT$30 per order for up to two tickets, paid in cash at the counter. Collection runs from 19 Dec 09:00 to 26 Dec 20:00 for the 26 Dec show, and from 20 Dec 09:00 to 27 Dec 20:00 for the 27 Dec show.

Applies to:
All ticket types; verify applicability
Conditions:
There is no ticket collection at the venue, so collect before the show. At the kiosk choose 訂票/取票/訂房, then 售票系統, then 取票, then Ticket Plus遠大售票系統, and enter your mobile number and the collection number shown under My Orders. A paid ticket that is not collected in time counts as sold and is not refunded. An overseas mobile number is entered with its country code and no plus sign (country code +81 and number 123456789 become 81123456789).

International buyers Confirmed

Foreign nationals register the English passport name and passport number, and must show the original passport used for registration at the gate; a renewed passport is not accepted.

Applies to:
International buyers
Conditions:
You need a Ticket Plus account with a verified mobile number and email before you register for the lottery. For ibon pick-up an overseas mobile number is entered with its country code. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars, and ATM payment needs a Taiwanese bank card. The presale page says that in its stages other than the CTBC presale a failed card payment turns the order into an ATM transfer, which you cannot pay without a Taiwanese bank card; in the CTBC presale you try the card again within the payment period. The lottery page says to pay again within the payment period if a card payment fails; whether lottery orders can also become ATM transfers is not stated.

Your Ticket Plus account must pass disability certification first, and each person can get one discounted ticket and one companion ticket, registered on the same order.

Applies to:
All ticket types; verify applicability
Conditions:
Only the certificate holder can use the discounted ticket; a companion ticket needs the companion note on the newer certificate, and the certificate must be valid beyond the show date. At the gate show the original disability certificate and ID, and the companion enters at the same time.

Applies to:
All ticket types; verify applicability
Conditions:
Tickets not yet collected can be refunded online under My Orders until 19 Dec 23:59, but only while the order is still within its own refund period; they can also be refunded by emailing the refund form. Collected tickets go back by registered post with the form. Card payments are refunded to the card, ATM payments to a New Taiwan dollar account at a Taiwanese bank or post office. If you buy less than three days before the show, apply before it starts: by email if the tickets are not collected, and collected tickets must reach Ticket Plus by post before the show.
