Typhoon: both shows now take place on Sun 25 Oct, at the same venue. tixCraft’s second notice (dated 23 Oct, read 24 Oct 05:34) says that, because 23 and 24 Oct are typhoon days off, the 24 Oct 18:00 show moves to 25 Oct 18:30, and the show first set for 23 Oct (later moved to 25 Oct 16:00) now starts at 11:00 on 25 Oct. Keep your ticket and seat; no exchange is needed: tickets for 23 Oct or for 25 Oct 16:00 are for the 11:00 show, and tickets for 24 Oct are for the 18:30 show. Both start times changed, so check the new times and the other on-site times on tixCraft before you go. If you cannot go on 25 Oct, you can get a full refund with no fee (details in the Refunds card). The 18:30 show is sold out (選購一空). Tickets on tixCraft.

Ticket collection Confirmed
Collect at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk: NT$30 per order, paid in cash at the counter.
Collection opened on 18 Oct for the show first set for 23 Oct (now 25 Oct 11:00) and on 19 Oct for the show first set for 24 Oct (now 25 Oct 18:30). The venue ticket office does not collect tickets.

Refunds Confirmed
Tickets for 23 Oct (or for 25 Oct 16:00) are valid at the 25 Oct 11:00 show, and tickets for 24 Oct at the 25 Oct 18:30 show, with the same seat; no exchange is needed.
If you cannot go, you can get the full face value back with no refund fee until 4 Nov (postmark date counts), for tickets bought before 23 Oct 20:00. You can refund part of an order or all of it. The ibon collection fee and postage are not refunded, and a ticket already used for entry cannot be refunded.

- Uncollected tickets paid by card: apply in tixCraft’s order lookup by 24 Oct 23:59; after that, or for ATM orders, send tixCraft’s refund form (ATM orders add a copy of a Taiwanese bank passbook cover) through its contact page. Collected tickets: post the original tickets with the form (non-card orders also the passbook copy) by registered mail or courier to tixCraft’s customer service in Taipei; it does not accept them by hand. tixCraft says a refund takes about 40 business days from a complete application.

To and from the airport
Taoyuan Airport is on the same line: take an Airport MRT commuter train from Terminal 1 (A12) or Terminal 2 (A13) to A7, with no change. Express trains skip A7; change at A8. Songshan Airport: Taipei Metro to Taipei Main Station, then the Airport MRT.

Transfers to other lines end earlier; check the last train on your own route.- Most of the crowd walks back to A7 at the same time. Allow for a queue at the station before your last train.
- Last commuter trains from A7: 00:01 towards Taipei Main Station, 00:02 towards the airport terminals, 23:32 towards Zhongli. Check your date on the Taoyuan Metro timetable.
- Do not count on finding a taxi at the arena after a big show. If you need a car home, book it before the show.
