Tickets are sold by a real-name lottery on Ticket Plus. Registration runs from 17 Oct 2026 12:00 to 20 Oct 2026 12:00 Taiwan time (13:00 to 13:00 Japan time); results are announced on 22 Oct at 12:00.

Conditions:

Each account can apply for up to two tickets per show. Seats are assigned at random by computer within the price area you choose; you cannot pick or change them.

ID requirements Confirmed

Registration is real-name.

You need the buyer’s own valid passport number, a credit card, an email address and a mobile number to register. Holders of a Taiwan ID register with the name and number on that ID. Each account can register up to two tickets per show and each ID number one ticket per show.

Conditions:

At the gate, Taiwanese nationals show an original photo ID (ID card, driver’s licence or health insurance card). Foreign nationals show the original passport, and only the passport registered on the ticket is accepted. Copies and screenshots are not accepted, and real-name tickets cannot be transferred.

Ticket collection Confirmed

Tickets are collected at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk.

The fee is NT$30 per order for up to two tickets, paid in cash at the counter. Collection opens on 19 Dec 09:00 for the 26 Dec show and on 20 Dec 09:00 for the 27 Dec show, and closes at 22:00 on show day.

Conditions:

There is no ticket collection at the venue, so collect before the show. At the kiosk choose 訂票/取票/訂房, then 售票系統, then 取票, then Ticket Plus遠大售票系統, and enter your mobile number and the collection number shown under My Orders. A paid ticket that is not collected in time counts as sold and is not refunded. An overseas mobile number is entered with its country code and no plus sign (country code +81 and number 123456789 become 81123456789).

It must be the passport registered on the ticket; a renewed passport is not accepted.

You need a verified Ticket Plus member account before you register; the tour site says sign-up asks for your own passport number, a credit card, an email address and a mobile number. Buyers paying from Japan can pay by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard or JCB). Prices are charged in New Taiwan dollars.
