ID requirements Confirmed
Real-name ticketing for every seat.
The page we read does not list which documents overseas visitors may use; read the ID rules on the ibon event page before buying.

- A wrong name or a wrong ID number can be corrected once per ticket until 6 Nov 2026 23:59, by the buyer, for a NT$200 fee. If both are wrong the ticket cannot be corrected and must be refunded within the refund period.

Ticket collection Confirmed
Tickets are ibon paper tickets, bought online only and collected at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk.
Collection codes appear in your ibon orders from noon five days before the show: 23 Nov for the 28 Nov show, 24 Nov for 29 Nov. Collection costs NT$30 per order, paid in cash.

- At the kiosk choose 代碼輸入 (top left) and enter the 13-character code that starts with QTK. 7-ELEVEN stores inside high-speed rail stations do not offer collection.

Bags and cameras Confirmed
No food or drink except water, no pets, and no cameras or recording devices other than a phone.
Selfie sticks, phone tripods, add-on lenses, noise-makers, LED boards and balloons are not allowed.
