Tickets are sold by a real-name lottery on Ticket Plus.

Registration ran from 6 Oct 2026 12:00 to 8 Oct 2026 12:00 Taiwan time and is closed. First draw: results from 13 Oct 12:00, pay by 14 Oct 18:00. Second draw, for unpaid or refunded tickets: results from 15 Oct 12:00, pay by 16 Oct 18:00. A general sale on 18 Oct at 12:00 happens only if tickets remain after the second draw.

Conditions:

Each account could register up to four tickets per show, and each ID number once per show. Seats are assigned at random by computer within the price area chosen. Email and SMS notices are a courtesy; check My Orders yourself. Those not drawn are not notified.

Payment method Confirmed

Payment is by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or JCB) or by ATM virtual account.

The whole order is paid together. The payment method is chosen at the first payment and cannot be changed.

Conditions:

Card payments use 3-D Secure. A card payment can take about 20 minutes to settle, so do not pay close to the deadline; an order unpaid at the deadline is given up. The status under My Orders decides whether the payment went through.

The ATM virtual account option works only with bank cards issued by financial institutions in Taiwan.

The page lists Visa, Mastercard and JCB for card payment but does not say whether cards issued outside Taiwan are accepted.

Every ticket is real-name.

Overseas attendees are registered with the English name and the passport number exactly as printed in the passport, with no special characters; residence permits are not accepted. At the entrance you must show the original passport that matches the name and number on the ticket. Copies and screenshots are refused, and a passport that replaced the registered one is not accepted.

Conditions:

Details cannot be changed after registration closed or after payment. If the name or number on a ticket is wrong, do not pay; a paid order can only be refunded under the refund rules. Tickets cannot be transferred. Without the matching original document you are not admitted and get no refund.

Ticket collection Confirmed

Tickets are collected at a 7-ELEVEN ibon kiosk.

The fee is NT$30 per transaction, for up to four tickets, paid in cash at the counter. Collection opens on 2 Dec 2026 at 09:00 for all six shows and closes at 21:30 on the day of each 18:30 show and at 22:30 on the day of each 19:30 show. There is no collection at the venue.

Conditions:

At the kiosk choose 訂票/取票/訂房, then 售票系統, then 取票, then Ticket Plus遠大售票系統. Enter your mobile number and the collection number shown under My Orders. An overseas mobile number is entered with its country code and no plus sign: number 123456789 with country code +81 is entered as 81123456789. A paid ticket that is not collected in time counts as sold and is not refunded.

Bags and cameras Confirmed

No food or drink except bottled water, no alcohol and no pets.

No audio or video recording; professional cameras, video cameras, drones and GoPros are not allowed, and live streaming by phone is forbidden. Glass and metal containers are not allowed. Posters or signs larger than A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), unofficial LED boards and balloons are not allowed.

Refunds Confirmed

A refund can be requested within three days after the purchase date, not counting the day of purchase; from the fourth day it is refused.

A fee of 5% of the ticket price is kept. Service, transfer and collection fees are not refunded. Part of an order can be refunded.

Online refund requests are for tickets not yet collected and close on 5 Dec 2026 at 23:59. Collected tickets are returned by registered post with the refund form.
