Typhoon: the show goes ahead. KHAM’s notice of 23 Oct says the 24 Oct show goes ahead at 19:30 at TICC as planned, even though Taipei City has declared Sat 24 Oct a day off from work and school. Put your own safety first and check the weather and transport before you set out. If you cannot attend, you can get a refund with no refund fee; requests must reach KHAM by Fri 30 Oct 2026 (details in the Refunds card). Date, time and hall (the Plenary Hall, 大會堂) are from the KHAM event page, read 2026-10-18. TICC’s own calendar does not list this date.

Collect at the venue ticket desk from 2 hours before the show with the order number and the buyer’s original passport. At TICC the desk is in the 1F lobby.

Refunds Confirmed
Anyone who cannot attend the 24 Oct show can get a refund with no refund fee.
Requests must reach KHAM by Fri 30 Oct 2026. Tickets not yet collected: do not collect them; email KHAM’s typhoon refund form (linked from its notice) to khticket@kham.com.tw with the subject “訂單編號 KH” followed by your order number and “Shizuka Kudo 2026 因颱退票申請”. Tickets already collected: send the original paper tickets and the form to KHAM by registered post. If you paid by ATM transfer or convenience-store cash, add a copy of the passbook cover of a bank account in the buyer’s name. Card payments go back to the original card, which KHAM expects to process on Thu 5 Nov 2026; other payments are paid into the buyer’s account on the 10th of the month after KHAM receives the papers.

- The date KHAM receives your papers counts, so post them by registered express mail or a courier with proof of delivery. KHAM’s postal address is 寬宏藝術票務, 830007 高雄市鳳山區青年路二段371號2樓; the form can also be faxed to 07-7805353. Only the face value is refunded: system service fees, postage, convenience-store fees, return postage and ATM transfer fees are not. A card refund can take about 15 to 30 business days to appear after KHAM processes it. KHAM’s phone line is 07-7809900 (weekdays 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00).
