Postponed. The organiser’s notice on KKTIX (dated 23 Oct, read on 24 Oct 2026 at 23:38 Taiwan time) says that a typhoon cancelled the flight carrying the overseas performance equipment and no suitable replacement could be found locally, so the show set for Sat 24 Oct 2026 at 14:00 is postponed to Sat 24 Jul 2027. The notice gives no start time for the new date, so do not assume 14:00, and it does not restate the hall for 2027. Your ticket stays valid for 24 Jul 2027 and you do not exchange it; if you cannot make it, you can get a full refund by Thu 31 Dec 2026 (details in the Refunds card). The hall for the original date (the Hi-Ing Music Hall, 海音館) is from the KKTIX event page, whose header still shows the old date.

KKTIX orders are collected at a FamilyMart FamiPort kiosk: NT$30 per order of up to 4 tickets, paid at the counter.
KKTIX’s page still says collection opens 7 days before the show, counted from the original 24 Oct date (17 Oct); it has not said whether that now counts from 24 Jul 2027. Tickets bought with cash at a FamiPort kiosk are printed at once, with no fee.

- Tickets you have already collected stay valid for the new date. If you collect now and later want a refund, the ticket must be posted back, which is slower than the online form for uncollected tickets.

Refunds Confirmed
The 24 Oct 2026 show is postponed to Sat 24 Jul 2027.
Your ticket stays valid for the new date and you do not exchange it. If you cannot make the new date you can get a full refund by Thu 31 Dec 2026; do not wait for the last day. Tickets not yet collected: fill in KKTIX’s online form for how you paid (there is one for credit-card payers and one for ATM payers). Tickets already collected, or paper tickets: send the ticket and KKTIX’s refund form for how you paid by registered mail, postmarked by 31 Dec 2026, to the KKTIX ticketing P.O. box in KKTIX’s notice (we do not reprint the address). Cash and ATM refunds are paid within 45 to 60 working days after KKTIX receives the request; credit-card refunds go back to the card, and you can check with your card issuer after 45 to 60 working days.
